Farm Fresh To You

I love this time of year and what is coming in season - berries. Lots of berries. This week's batch has apricots, eggplant and blueberries in addition to some of the weekly staples of lettuce and carrots.

What to make with the eggplant? I still haven't figured out that many recipes for that purple plant. Let me know if you have any suggestions!
